New Delhi: About 100 terrorists were killed in an attack by Indian Armed Forces on terrorist bases in Pakistan in exchange for the killing of 26 tourists in Pahalgam. This information was given today in the press conference of DGMO of Indian Army. DGM Rajiv Ghai, DG Air Operations Air Marshal Awadhesh Kumar Bharti and DG Naval Operations AN Pramod were present in this press conference. DGMO, referring to the attack on tourists in Pahalgam at the press conference, said that this brutal act of terrorists was angry across the country and the time had come for us to answer them as a nation. The DGMO reported that Operation Sindoor was launched to destroy the terrorists and their hideouts.

Big terrorists like Yusuf Azhar, Rauf and Mudassir killed

DGMO said that about 100 terrorists have been killed in attacks on terrorist bases in Pakistan in Operation Sindoor. He said that 100 terrorists killed under ‘Operation Sindoor’ include terrorists like Yusuf Azhar, Abdul Malik Rauf and Mudassir Ahmed. He said that 35 to 40 military personnel of the Pakistani Army have been killed in the shelling for violating the ceasefire between May 7 and 10.

We achieved our purpose

Regarding Operation Sindoor, the DGMO of the Indian Army said that we have achieved our target and purpose. Operation vermilion will still continue to take action on terrorist bases. DGMO reported that on the morning of May 7, after the terrorist hide was destroyed, Pakistan was attacked by drone at night. Not only this, this trend continued on 8 May and 9 May. Every time he was given a strong reply. The DGMO reported that Pakistan suffered the biggest loss on the intervening night of 9-10 May. India targeted several locations of the Pakistani Army during this period.
