The weather has suddenly turned in different parts of the country. Light rain and strong wind were recorded in many states like Delhi-NCR, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh. The first glimpse of monsoon has also been seen in some parts of South India.
Changes will be held from 14 to 17 May
The Meteorological Department says that between 14 and 17 May, many states may receive rain with strong winds. This can provide some relief from the scorching heat.
Which states will rain?
According to the Meteorological Department, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra may receive good rains till May 17. The weather changes continue in Delhi too. On May 16, Delhi-NCR is expected to have light rain and dust storm at a speed of 40 kmph.
Delhi will be cloudy from today to 16 May. Talking about the temperature, the maximum temperature is expected to be between 39 to 41 degrees and the minimum temperature is expected to be between 27 to 28 degrees.
Both heat and thunderstorms in Bihar
The weather is constantly changing in Bihar. Some districts are in hot heat, and some places have rained. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for 33 districts. Strong winds may blow in these districts and there is a danger of lightning.
Loo effect in Uttar Pradesh
The effect of heatstroke has started showing in Uttar Pradesh since 14 May. By May 15, these situations can spread to western UP. This round of hot winds is likely to run till May 20. In districts like Ghazipur, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Deoria, Gorakhpur, the heat will be particularly affected and the temperature can cross 44 degrees.
Temperature will also increase in Rajasthan
Sikar, Rajasthan has received dusty storm and light rain. In the coming days, there may be a decrease in thunderstorms and rain activities in western Rajasthan. With this, the temperature can increase by 2 to 3 degrees. Lu alert has been issued in Jodhpur and Bikaner.
