New Delhi. The Modi government has adopted a strict attitude on illegal immigration i.e. immigration. Under this, Union Home Minister Amit Shah is going to introduce immigration and foreign bills 2025 in the Lok Sabha. With this bill, India’s immigration law will become modern and strong. In the bill which is to be passed by Parliament by the Modi government, the entry into India and other travel documents from here will be sought other travel documents. Also, registration and related matters of visas of those coming from abroad are included. After passing the bill, it will not be easy to come to India and go abroad from here. This will also provide effective restrictions on illegal immigration.
On one hand there is a problem of infiltration in India. At the same time, America is removing illegal migrants including Indians from here. In such a situation, the bill of immigration and foreign persons is expected to be quite effective by the Modi government. Till now, seeing passports and visas, immigration officers have been giving approval to Indians from airport, port or railway stations to go abroad and come to India. It is believed that after the enactment of a new law related law, information related to passport and visa for those coming from abroad and visa for those coming from abroad will also be asked strictly.
Explain that most countries including America have strict rules about immigration. Many times, despite having a valid visa, those who reach America or other countries are not given entry. Even after the visa, the immigration officers take information from such people where they will live and they have a program to meet.
