New Delhi. The opposition is now preparing for the war against him after the Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar has shown a reversal and strict attitude on the issues of vote theft by SIR and Rahul Gandhi in Bihar. According to sources, preparations are being made by the opposition to bring impeachment motion against the Chief Election Commissioner. However, passing the impeachment motion can prove to be crooked for the opposition. The reason for this is that the opposition in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha should have a two-thirds majority to remove Gyanesh Kumar from the post of Chief Election Commissioner. The opposition does not have so much number in both houses of Parliament.
Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar held a press conference with other Election Commissioners on Sunday. In which he denied the allegation of vote theft by Leader of Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in the Lok Sabha. The Chief Election Commissioner had clearly stated that the opposition is trying to do politics by keeping a gun on the shoulder of the Election Commission, accusing him of voting theft. Without naming Rahul Gandhi, Dnyanesh Kumar had said that to prove his allegations, he will have to pay an affidavit in 7 days or apologize to the country. The Chief Election Commissioner had shown strict attitude and said that apart from this there is not a third option. This was indicated that after 7 days, legal steps could be taken against Rahul Gandhi by the Election Commission.

The Chief Election Commissioner had also said that if the name of a voter is two places, then the accused should prove that he has voted twice. He also said that millions of government employees, booth level agents and candidates are used to conduct elections. How can votes be stolen in front of all this. The Chief Election Commissioner also said that voters are being described as criminals. The Election Commission cannot support this charge. He also said that whatever allegations are being made, the Election Commission is standing in front of him like a rock.
