India Now Bans Postal and Parcel Services from Pakistan: India now banned post and parcel services from Pakistan

New Delhi. Action on action continues from India amid increasing tension with Pakistan. India has now banned postal and parcel services from Pakistan. The public notice issued by the Indian Postal Department stated that the Government of India has decided to suspend the postal and parcel exchange of all categories coming from Pakistan from Pakistan. This decision of India can also affect Pakistan’s economy because some goods imported to India come by transport post. Shortly after the announcement of banning all kinds of imports from Pakistan by the Government of India, another action has been taken against Pakistan.

India and Pakistan will no longer be able to have postal, personal parcel, business post or any kind of correspondence. Earlier in the year 2019, the Modi government removed Section 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, when the post and parcel service between the two countries was temporarily closed for some time. Later, this service was restarted when the situation in Kashmir became normal. Now after the Pahalgam terror attack, India has once again banned postal and parcel services from Pakistan.

Earlier, during the 1971 India-Pakistan War, the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi also banned postal services with Pakistan. After the Pahalgam terror attack, India is a clear stand that it is not going to be any kind of softening with Pakistan. PM Narendra Modi has also reiterated today that decisive action will be taken against the terrorists and those who support them. Earlier too, Modi had said that the terrorists involved in the Pahalgam attack will be punished by holding them from the end of the earth.
