The aircraft was definitely damaged but all the passengers aboard are completely safe. At the same time, the pilot is also being praised for safe landing under adverse circumstances. Please tell that after flying from Delhi, when the aircraft was between Pathankot and Amritsar, the pilot showed bad weather. He then sought permission to enter Pakistan airspace from Lahore Air Traffic Control to avoid turbulance, but the pilot was not allowed. Perhaps this was done due to the onam issued by Pakistan for Indian airlines aircraft.
