Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said on Monday that the Indian Army is fully capable of dealing with any kind of situation on the border and is giving a befitting reply to the enemy forces. His statement has recently come amid several incidents of firing and IED attacks from across the Line of Control.
He also said that there will be no obstruction in anti -terrorism operations as security agencies have been given clear instructions to eliminate this threat and ensure peace in the region.
Sinha told reporters on the sidelines of a sports program, “The Indian Army is fully capable and is giving a befitting reply on the border.”
He was answering a question on the recent incidents on the Line of Control (LoC) in the Jammu region, where on February 11, two including an improvised explosive device (IED) attack by suspected militants in Akhnoor sector of Jammu region, including a captain in two The military personnel were killed.
Two military personnel were injured in separate incidents of firing across the Line of Control in Rajouri and Poonch districts, while another military personnel were injured in the landmine explosion last week.

The ceasefire violation on the borders in Jammu and Kashmir has become rare since India and Pakistan renewed the ceasefire agreement on 25 February 2021.
The Lieutenant Governor said that police and other security agencies are working together and have been given clear instructions to eliminate terrorism and to eliminate this ecosystem.
He said, “There will be no hindrance in anti-terrorism campaigns because the highest priority is to maintain peace and harmony in Jammu and Kashmir.”
