New Delhi. India has responded to Pakistan in two words regarding Kashmir. On the comment of Pakistani Army Chief General Aseem Munir describing Kashmir as a nerve of Islamabad’s neck, Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said, “How can a foreign thing get caught in the vein of the throat?” Kashmir is an integral part of India and union territory. The only relationship with Pakistan to Kashmir is to vacate the illegal occupied areas by that country.

On the other hand, on the statement made by Pakistan on the extradition of India’s extradition of 26/11 Mumbai attacks, the Foreign Ministry spokesperson said, Pakistan should make a million efforts, but its identity will not be reduced as the center of global terrorism. Rana’s extradition once again reminds Pakistan that other criminals of the Mumbai attacks will also have to be brought into the dock of justice, which he is still saving.

Jaiswal also reacted to the arrest of fugitive Mehul Choksi in Belgium. He said that based on our extradition request, he has been arrested in Belgium. We are working closely with Belgian officials for extradition to bring Mehul Choksi to India and they can face the trial here.

On the question asked about the Waqf Amendment Act, Randhir Jaiswal said, this is the internal matter of India and the Waqf Amendment Bill supports several inclusive policies to make it more inclusive, more progressive and to ensure more profit to the target beneficiaries.

He also spoke on the visa case of Indian students in America. Foreign Ministry spokesman said, “We are aware that many Indian students have received information about their F-1 visa status from the US government.” We are investigating the matter. Our Embassy is in contact with the students to provide assistance.
