India’s eight -year -old Lisa Samson has shocked the whole world with her extraordinary achievements. Lisa has not only become the youngest certified female yoga teacher in the world of yoga, but has also been honored more than 200 times so far.
Such a big contribution at a young age
Lisa Samson received the Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification from Yoga Alliance in July 2024 and has been organizing yoga classes regularly since then. His teaching style, discipline and dedication has given him recognition at the local community as well as at the national level.
Inspiration for health and awareness
At such a young age, Lisa is promoting wellness (health awareness) and mindy (conscious lifestyle). Their energy and loyalty have inspired not only children but also to adopt yoga. Lisa says that yoga is not just practice for me, but a way to live life.
