New Delhi. Ratan Tata, India’s eminent industrialist and former chairman of Tata Group, passed away on Wednesday, 09 October 2024. He was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on Monday due to age-related ailments. After his health suddenly deteriorated, he was shifted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where he breathed his last.
Ratan Tata was admitted to the hospital after a sudden drop in blood pressure. After this his condition started becoming serious, due to which he was transferred to ICU. Two days earlier, on October 7, he had refuted rumors spread about his health through a post on social media. He told his followers and fans that there was nothing to worry about and he was just undergoing an age-related medical checkup.
