On Monday, two planes flying in India were threatened with bombs. Both the planes were scheduled to depart from Mumbai. One of these, flight 6E, was scheduled to depart for Muscat in Oman with 1275 passengers and the other flight 6E was scheduled to depart for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with 56 passengers.

IndiGo spokesperson has informed that the aircraft was immediately taken to a different location. The security check of the aircraft was started there. This is not the first incident when aircraft have been threatened with bombs, such incidents have come to light many times before.
Apart from this, Air India flight AI 119 from Mumbai to New York has also been diverted towards Delhi due to security reasons.
