The price of this cocaine in the international market is said to be more than Rs 2000 crore. Police have also arrested 4 smugglers in this case. The Special Cell of Delhi Police is also investigating this case from the narco-terror angle.

Giving information about this entire operation of Delhi Police, Additional CP of Special Cell Pramod Singh Kushwaha said that an international drug racket has been busted under the leadership of DCP Amit Kaushik. This drug racket was being controlled by a drug handler from the Middle East. Its main receiver in India is Tushar Goyal. Goyal and his two associates, Himanshu and Aurangzeb, and another receiver Bharat Jain from Kurla in Mumbai have been arrested. 562 kg of cocaine and 40 kg of Thai marijuana have been seized from their possession. Let us tell you that Thai Marijuana i.e. Cannabis is a drug prepared from the hemp plant. It is also known as marijuana and ganja.

CP said that the price of cocaine in the international market is around Rs 10 crore per kg while the price of Thai marijuana is around Rs 40 to 50 lakh per kg. Smuggler Tushar Goyal was on our radar for a long time. Its main controller is somewhere in the Middle East near Dubai. They had come to take delivery of cocaine when they were arrested. Right now all of them are being interrogated, as soon as some new information comes to light, the police will share it. This case is also being investigated by adding narco-terror angle.
