Today, the 11th International Yoga Day is being celebrated across the country. Yoga programs have been organized all over the country on this special occasion. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also reached Visakhapatnam to represent the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed the people on the occasion of International Yoga Day in Visakhapatnam. At the same time, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh was seen doing yoga with army personnel in Jammu and Kashmir.

Addressing the national function organized on the occasion of International Yoga Day, Prime Minister Modi said, “Happy International Yoga Day to all the people of the country and the world. Today, the whole world is doing yoga together on 21 June for the 11th time. Yoga has a direct meaning to join. It is pleasant to see how yoga has added the whole world.”

‘Yoga belongs to everyone and is for everyone’

On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “When I look at the journey of Yoga in the last decade, I remember a lot. The day when India proposed to the United Nations that on June 21, 175 countries of the world stood up with our proposal in the shortest time. In today’s world, such support, such support, is not a common phenomenon. It was not just a proposal. It was not just a support for humanity. Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the nation in celebrating International Yoga Day from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. During this, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan were also seen participating in the yoga session.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Prime Minister Modi said, “Increased obesity is a challenge for the whole world. I discussed it in detail in the Mann Ki Baat program.
