New Delhi. There is celebration of Diwali everywhere in Ayodhya. The preparations going on for the last several days for the Festival of Lights to be held today have now been completed. Everyone is waiting for the evening when the city of Shri Ram will be illuminated with 25 lakh lamps simultaneously. Guests from across the country and abroad are also arriving to participate in the Deepotsav program. Meanwhile, Iqbal Ansari, who was a supporter of Babri Masjid, is also seen in the colors of Diwali. Along with Ram devotees, Iqbal Ansari is also happy with this event.

Iqbal Ansari, standing to welcome the tableau of God being taken out before the festival of lights, said that this is my duty. He talked about celebrating Diwali with all the people of the locality. Iqbal Ansari said that it is written in our religion to respect all religions and we are doing the same.

This is the first Deepotsav after the Pran Pratistha program of Lord Shri Ram and a large number of people are expected to attend it, hence the security arrangements in Ayodhya are also tight. SP Madhuban Singh said that in view of the festival of lights, the entire Ayodhya has been divided into 14 zones and 40 sectors. Police have been deployed everywhere for security arrangements. Arrangements for traffic diversion have also been made. CCTVs have been installed at various places and monitoring is being done through them.

While congratulating all the countrymen, UP Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, who reached Ayodhya to participate in the Deepotsav, said that more than 25 lakh lamps will be lit today and this will be a new world record. Last year 22 lakh lamps were lit, that too is a world record. Today Saryu’s Aarti will also be included for the world record where more than 1100 people will perform the Aarti of Maa Saryu simultaneously.
