New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Panvel on Thursday as part of the Maharashtra Assembly election campaign, where the people of ISKCON gave him a special welcome. The welcome ceremony witnessed devotion as volunteers sang the hymns of “Hare Ram, Hare Krishna” and PM Modi also played the cymbals, in a way a mirror to the Mohammad Yunus-led government in Bangladesh for labeling ISKCON as a terrorist organisation. Showed. This is being seen as a strong message from India.

Attack on Congress in rally
In the election rally held on November 20 in Panvel, Prime Minister Modi strongly attacked Congress. Accusing Congress of only taking political advantage of the slogan of eradicating poverty for years, he said that Congress gave the slogan of “Garibi Hatao” but in reality did not allow the poor to move forward.
Prime Minister’s comment on vote bank politics
Accusing Congress of vote bank politics, Prime Minister Modi said that Congress always worked for the vote bank, but it was not a true well-wisher of the poor. He said that his government is working for the welfare of the poor and making them self-reliant, whereas the Congress has been looking at the poor only as votes.
Targeting Congress’s failure on poverty alleviation
In his address, the Prime Minister described Congress’s Garibi Hatao campaign as just a show. He said that since independence, Congress has confused the public through this slogan and kept the poor in poverty. PM Modi said, “From generation to generation, Congress has been giving false slogans of eradicating poverty. The poor were looted in its name.” He also said that in the last 10 years, his government has worked to bring 25 crore people out of poverty in the country, which is much more than the work done during the Congress years.
Call to keep Congress away from power
Prime Minister Modi appealed to the public to keep Congress away from power. He said that even today many people in the country are struggling for basic facilities, and his government is making efforts to change this situation. He said that Congress always worked to hinder the development of the poor and his government is committed to empowering the poor.
