Vijayawada: In some states of the country, there are gradually increasing in terms of corona. Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh government has confirmed that there is no active patient of Corona in the state. While cases are increasing again in neighboring states. The Department of Health, Medical and Family Welfare has made it mandatory to wear masks in crowded places like public transport and shopping malls, cinema, places of worship and markets. Along with this, advisory has been issued for citizens.
Advisory issued for citizens
The Health Department has urged citizens to be vigilant. Common symptoms such as fever, cough, cold and throat people have been advised to contact doctors. Advisory states that passengers coming from the affected areas are advised to conduct the examination and keep themselves as separate for at least one week when the symptoms appear.
A special advice has been issued by the Health Department for pregnant women, children under five, senior citizens and persons suffering from chronic diseases. They are encouraged to limit travel and follow strict hygiene practices.
Government released this advisory
Stop all collective celebrations like prayer meeting, social functions, parties, ceremonies etc. All people follow the Covid-19 guideline at railway stations, bus stands and airports. The elderly (more than 60 years) and pregnant women are advised to stay strictly indoors. Wash hands regularly. Cover the mouth while coughing/sneezing and avoid touching your face. Wear masks in high -risk areas. If you are in a congested or bad ventilated place, wearing a mask can help reduce the spread of the virus. If you have symptoms of corona, get it checked immediately. Investigation is an important tool in early identifying and separating the Kovid-19 cases. A person traveling to Kovid affected countries should be investigated. Symptoms of corona can vary according to the person. Fever or cold, cough, fatigue, sore throat, taste or smell, headache, muscle or body pain, flowing nose or nose, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. If the above symptoms are seen, then go to the nearest health facility for confirmation and treatment. If you are sick then stay at home-If you feel unwell, then protect others by resting at home and avoid contact.
Explain that till May 19, 257 cases of Covid-19 have been registered in India, including 95 in Kerala, 66 in Tamil Nadu, 55 in Maharashtra, 13 in Karnataka and 10 in Puducherry.
