AIMPLB has appealed to all classes to come together against the Waqf Amendment Bill. The Muslim Personal Law Board has also urged opposition parties to participate in their sit -in demonstration. AIMPLB says that the Waqf Amendment Bill is unconstitutional and is going to take away the rights of Muslims. The board also says that through the Waqf Amendment Bill, the government also wants to take away the property of Muslims. The Waqf Board is also against the Muslim Board to give place to 2 non -Muslim members and women. AIMPLB says that no such amendment in the Waqf Act is valid for Muslims. If the government passed it, AIMPLB will agitate like Shaheen Bagh, which took place during the farmer movement across the country.
