New Delhi. Jagdeep Dhankhar has made distance from everyone after resigning from the post of Vice President. In a way, he has gone to solitude. After the sudden resignation of Dhankhar, many leaders like Sharad Pawar, Sanjay Raut sought time to meet him but he did not meet anyone. Even he neither issued any statement after his resignation nor came to the media. It is now being told that soon after resigning, he started packing his goods and he can soon vacate the Vice President’s residence.
Dhankhar currently lives in the Vice President Enclave located on Church Road near Parliament House Complex. Now after leaving from here, they can be allotted the government bungalow of Type-8 category. However, according to the protocol, after the completion of the term of the Vice President, the Type-8 category government bungalow is allotted. Now it will have to be seen which government house Dhankar gets and with this questions are also arising whether they will shift to the government bungalow? According to media reports, Dhankhar suddenly reached Rashtrapati Bhavan on Monday night and met President Draupadi Murmu and submitted his resignation to him.
Jagdeep is demanding clarification from the government regarding the resignation of Dhankhar. Many types of questions are being raised by the opposition. The opposition alleges that Dhankar resigned under the pressure of the government. The Congress and RJD also say that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar wants to make BJP Vice President, hence the resignation has been taken from Dhankhar. There are more speculations about the resignation and silence of the Vice President.
