New Delhi. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar launched a big attack on the Emergency on Saturday. Jagdeep Dhankhar said in the release of the book in Delhi that the preamble of the Constitution cannot be amended, but the preamble was changed in the Emergency. Jagdeep Dhankhar said that the preamble is the seed on which this document develops. He said that the preamble of the Constitution of any other country other than India was never changed.

The Vice President said that the proposal of the Constitution of India was replaced in 1976 through the 42nd Constitutional Amendment. He said that under this change, the word socialist and secularism were added to the preface of the Constitution. He said that BR Ambedkar had worked hard to form a constitution. They must have paid attention to this. Explain that when the Constitution of India was adopted, there were no socialist and secular words in the preamble of the Constitution. After the Emergency came into force on 25 June 1975, the Preamble of the Constitution was changed.

RSS Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosbale raised the issue of change in the preamble of the Constitution.

Earlier, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Emergency, Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosbale of RSS raised the issue of change in the preamble of the Constitution. He had said that socialism and secular terms were added to the preamble of the Constitution during the Emergency. He had said that this change in the Preamble of the Constitution should be canceled. At the same time, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan also said that secularism is not the origin of India and the term should be removed from the preface of the Constitution. At the same time, the Congress alleged on the issue of question raised on the preamble of the Constitution that the RSS never accepted the Constitution. The Congress said that this is a deliberate attack on the soul of the Constitution. In such a situation, now the statements of socialist and secular words being added to the preamble of the Constitution by Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar are expected to heat up politics.
