Jaipur. The cleric of a madrasa in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, has been accused. Maulvi Salim has been accused by a girl’s father that the accused forcibly abducted her daughter and also got a certificate of this marriage. According to the news of newspaper Dainik Jagran, the girl’s father has complained to the Jaipur police about the matter. BJP MLA Balmukundacharya has sent a letter to the DM of Jaipur to investigate the madrasa in this case.
The girl’s father has said in a complaint to the police that her daughter was studying in the madrasa of Maulvi Salim. They allege that Maulvi Salim trapped the daughter in her trap. Then kidnapped and forcibly married. He threatened to kill him for opposing this marriage. The victim has also alleged in Tahrir that Maulvi Salim also formed immoral physical relations with his daughter. The girl’s father also met BJP MLA Balmukundacharya. The BJP MLA says that the madrasa of Maulvi Salim is not recognized and is not registered in the Rajasthan government. Balmukundacharya has written to Jaipur DM Jeetendra Soni that the madrasa of Maulvi Salim should be investigated.
There have been many such cases earlier, when by lying, kidnapped or tempted by lying to a woman of another religion, she was converted. Now the cleric who runs a madrasa has been accused of such. Only after investigating the case from Jaipur Police, it will be decided whether Maulvi Salim has violated the law or not. In this, the age of the victim’s girl will also decide a lot. At the moment, it has become difficult for Maulvi Salim.
