New Delhi. The results of Haryana Assembly Elections 2024 are coming. Latest trends are showing that BJP can return to power for the third consecutive time, creating history in Haryana. Amidst this, once again Jalebi is in discussion. During the campaign for Haryana Assembly elections, Rahul Gandhi had given a statement related to Jalebi. Rahul Gandhi had said that Jalebi can be made by setting up factories and it can be exported. Rahul Gandhi had also linked Jalebi with employment and had said that 10,000, 20,000, 50,000 people will get jobs in the factories making Jalebi. People made fun of this statement of Rahul Gandhi on social media and a war of statements broke out between BJP and Congress.
The issue of Jalebi which Rahul Gandhi raised in the Haryana Assembly elections, now BJP is going to especially include the same Jalebi in the celebration of its victory. According to the information, an order of 100 kg Jalebi has been placed by BJP. This evening, when PM Narendra Modi will visit BJP’s headquarters in Delhi, preparations have also been made on behalf of BJP to feed Jalebi to the workers present there. BJP has ordered 100 kg of Jalebi so that no worker is allowed to leave without tasting it. Overall, the politics of hot jalebi and its syrup is also going to be seen in the proposed celebration program of BJP.
Now let us talk about Jalebi also. It is made from flour. Imarti or Jangri, which looks similar to this, is made from urad dal. Jalebi is eaten hot only. In many cities, there is a trend of eating Jalebi with curd. Jalebi is generally eaten for breakfast. Experts about Jalebi say that it is originally a dish of Arab countries. When the Arabs came to India, they also brought the method of making Jalebi. Now Jalebi is available in every small and big sweet shop in India from North to South and from East to West.
