In a successful anti -infiltration campaign, Indian Army personnel killed two militants trying to cross the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir.
This campaign called “Operation Shiv Shakti” was launched on the basis of the Indian Army intelligence units and accurate intelligence received from the Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP).
According to the Indian Army’s White Night Core, vigilant soldiers faced intruders with accurate shelling and thwarted their nefarious plans. Officials said three weapons were also recovered during the campaign.

Earlier on Monday, the Indian Army said that three militants were killed in a fierce encounter with security forces in Harwan area near Dachigam National Park in Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir.

During the Lok Sabha session on Tuesday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah also confirmed that three terrorists involved in the murder of citizens were killed by security forces during Operation Mahadev.
Shah said this in the Lok Sabha, while starting his address in the Lok Sabha amidst the ongoing debate on Operation Sindoor and said that the Pahalgam has killed our citizens in the terrorist attack.
