New Delhi. The last date for nomination for the first and second phase of the assembly elections in Jharkhand ended yesterday. Now after the nomination, a very interesting thing has come to light. There are some seats in Jharkhand where the son is contesting against the father and somewhere the husband is facing competition from his own wife. From this perspective, the elections to be held in Jharkhand are looking very interesting. Let us tell you which are the seats where such equations are being formed.
JMM MLA Mathura Prasad Mahato
According to the Election Commission, among the candidates who have filed nominations, only his son has defeated sitting MLA Mathura Prasad Mahato in Tundi assembly constituency. Mathura Prasad Mahato is the MLA of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and this time again the party has not given him the ticket. At the same time, his son Dinesh Prasad Mahato has made the elections fun by filing nomination from Tundi Assembly as an independent candidate. A similar situation was seen in Jharia assembly of Jharkhand. Here too the son has challenged the father. Mo. Rustam Ansari filed nomination from Jharia Assembly as a candidate of Jharkhand Loktantrik Krantikari Morcha (JLKM), while challenging him on the same seat, his son Saddam Hussain has filed an independent nomination.
