Jio launched the cheapest plan after TRAI’s order. Without internet, it will remain for 365 days.

A few days ago, TRAI (TRAI) instructed all telecom companies to bring plans that have only calling and SMS facilities. This will benefit those who do not use the Internet.

Following the order of TRAI, JIO has launched two new plans which have only calling and SMS facilities and do not include data.

Jio’s new Voice only plans

Plan Validity Calling SMS Extra Benefits ₹ 458 84 days unlimited 1000 SMS JioCinema and JioTV Free ₹ 1958 365 days unlimited 3600 SMS JioCinema and JioTV Free

National roaming is free in both plans and can call on any network.

These plans are special for those who only call and SMS, do not use internet.

Jio shut down these old plans

Plan Validity Data ₹ 479 84 Day 6GB ₹ 1899 336 Day 24GB

Both these plans have now been removed from Jio’s website.

Note: If you are elderly, or simply want to call and SMS from mobile – then these new Jio plans can be cheap and great option for you.
