According to the news channel Aaj Tak, the central government is going to bring impeachment motion against Justice Yashwant Verma in the monsoon session of Parliament. The channel has reported that opposition parties are also going to support the government for bringing impeachment motion against Justice Yashwant Verma. In such a situation, the impeachment motion against Justice Yashwant Verma will also sign opposition MPs along with the ruling NDA alliance. In the Lok Sabha, a signature of 100 MPs and 50 MPs will be required to bring impeachment motion against Justice Yashwant Verma.
After the impeachment motion is approved, investigation will be conducted against Justice Yashwant Verma. If found guilty in that investigation, the Speaker of the Lok Sabha will be recommended to remove Justice Yashwant Verma from the President. On which the President will decide and if Justice Yashwant Verma is found guilty in the case of burning cash, he will be removed from the post. However, Justice Yashwant Verma will also have the option to resign himself. Earlier, many judges surrounded the post in the impeachment case had resigned from the post. However, Justice Yashwant Verma refused to resign from the post despite the proposal of Sanjeev Khanna, who was CJI.

However, Justice Verma suspected the conspiracy and denied information about the cash being kept in the store room of the housing. It remains to be seen when the proposal of impeachment against Justice Yashwant Verma is brought by the government in the monsoon session of Parliament running from July 21 to August 12.
