New Delhi. The Central Government has approved the recommendation of Supreme Court Collegium of Justice Yashwant Verma’s Allahabad High Court transfer. Along with this, notification in this regard has also been issued by the government. According to the notification, Justice Verma has been instructed to take over and take charge in the Allahabad High Court. The Central Government has issued a notification of the transfer of Justice Verma at a time when the Supreme Court Collegium assured to reconsider its recommendation from the Allahabad High Court lawyers. At the same time, Delhi High Court Judge Chanddhari Singh and Odisha High Court Justice Arindam Shaha have also been transferred to Allahabad High Court.

On the other hand, the strike of lawyers in Allahabad High Court continues for the third day today. Now after the notification of the transfer of Justice Verma, the performance of the lawyers can gain more emphasis. In fact, after a large amount of cash was recovered at Justice Verma’s house, he was transferred from the Delhi High Court to Allahabad High Court by the Supreme Court Collegium. After this it was opposed by the Allahabad High Court Bar Association. Bar Association President Anil Tiwari had said that the judicial system here will also be under question due to the transfer of Allahabad High Court of Justice Verma facing corruption charges. An indefinite strike is going on by the Bar Association regarding this.
Earlier today, the Supreme Court had rejected it, refusing to hear a petition seeking to register an FIR against Justice Verma. The Supreme Court says that internal investigation is going on, if some disturbances are found in the investigation, action will be taken according to the law.
