The inquiry committee of the judges found such a photo in which an unknown person appeared after burning the cash in the store room. Now the question is arising whether this unknown person set up the burnt cash in the store room of Justice Yashwant Verma’s residence?
According to the newspaper, the inquiry committee of judges has said in the report that they got a photo. In which a fire person is seen at the door of Justice Yashwant Verma’s store room. In this photo, firefighters are seen in the hands of the fire worker. According to the report of the judges’ inquiry committee, this fire person was making a video of the occasion. The inquiry committee wrote in the report that it is seen in the photo that all the belongings are kept on the back of the store room of Justice Yashwant Verma. An unknown person also appeared in the photo on the right side of this stuff. The committee, which was investigating against Justice Yashwant Verma, was the Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Sheel Nagu, Himachal Pradesh High Court Chief Justice GS Sandhawalia and Justice Anu Shivraman of Karnataka High Court.
Justice Yashwant Verma continued to say that he had no information about cash in the store room. Justice Yashwant Verma had also said in a preliminary investigation that his daughter and staff had gone to the spot after extinguishing the fire of the store room. Justice Yashwant Verma claims that his daughter and staff did not show the burnt cash on the spot. He has expressed suspicion of having a conspiracy against himself. At the same time, the judges’ inquiry committee has said in the report that 10 witnesses said that they saw the burnt cash on the spot. The inquiry committee has also stated the negligence of the Delhi Police that it did not make a panchnama by seizing the burnt cash. The committee of judges has also said that it is not possible to believe what Justice Yashwant Verma said in the defense.
