New Delhi: The Central Government has received the approval of the Delhi High Court Judge Justice Yashwant Verma from Delhi to Allahabad High Court transfer order. Notification of this transfer has been issued by the government. Yashwant Verma has been transferred from the official residence of the official residence that he has been transferred amid a dispute related to cash. The Ministry of Law issued a notification and announced his transfer. The Supreme Court collegium had recommended the transfer of Justice Verma earlier this week, saying that this step is different from the order of internal investigation in the case of fire and alleged cash in the official residence of the said judge on the night of Holi.
Three -member internal inquiry
On the recommendation of the Supreme Court Collegium, the transfer of Justice Yashwant Verma has been approved by the Central Government. Now he will take over as a judge in the Allahabad High Court. The Supreme Court has formed a three -member team on this matter and the investigation is on.

A petition related to investigation was rejected by the High Court
On the other hand, the Delhi High Court on Friday refused to pass instructions by taking self -cognizance on the claim of a person in which he said that his complaint sent to the Chairman of the Central Board of Direct Taxes for investigation against a judge has not been considered. Without naming the judge, the plaintiff said, “I do not want one person to tarnish the image of hundreds of judges.” On this, a bench headed by Chief Justice DK Upadhyay said, “Nobody wants so.”
