Chandigarh: Kanhaiya Mittal, who sang the bhajan ‘Jo Ram ko laye hain, hum unko layenge’, on Tuesday announced to withdraw his decision to join the Congress. He issued a statement in this regard and informed about this. He said, “Sometimes some people make mistakes. I am also one of those people, so I have decided that I will not break the heart of any Sanatani at any cost. In the last two days, I have realized that I have hurt all the Sanatanis. The top leadership of the BJP is so concerned about me. I have been seeing for the last two days that people are upset, I apologize for this. “
‘I don’t want the trust of any Sanatani to be broken’
He said, “Earlier I had said that I would join the Congress. Now I take back that decision. This decision has broken the hearts of the Sanatanis. I have now decided not to do this at any cost. Because I do not want the trust of any Sanatani to be broken. Therefore, I announce the withdrawal of my decision to join the Congress.”
He further said, “We all together take this pledge that we were, are and will remain Ram’s. I apologize to you again. When one of our own makes a mistake, it hurts a lot. I felt that my decision was wrong. The decision that I have taken was wrong, so I have now taken it back. I thank all my supporters. I also thank the top leadership of BJP.”
