New Delhi: There has been a stir in the country’s politics after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal got bail from the Supreme Court. After coming out of jail, CM Kejriwal addressed the workers at the party headquarters and talked about resigning from the post of Chief Minister, which has heated up the political atmosphere. After this statement, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched a scathing attack on CM Kejriwal.
BJP’s allegation: Kejriwal wants to make his wife the chief minister
BJP leader Shehzad Poonawala has levelled a serious allegation that Arvind Kejriwal wants to make his wife Sunita Kejriwal the next chief minister of Delhi. “My sources have told me that Kejriwal has asked for two days to resign so that he can convince his MLAs to accept Sunita Kejriwal as the chief minister,” he said. “This is similar to the Lalu-Rabri and Sonia-Manmohan models where all power is required but no accountability,” Poonawala wrote on Instagram.
my sources tell me @ArvindKejriwal has sought two days to resign as he wants to force his MLAs to accept Smt Sunita Kejriwal as next CM (( Lalu Rabri Model / Sonia Manmohan Model – no accountability full power ))

Speculation about Kejriwal’s resignation
Shahzad Poonawala further said that Arvind Kejriwal has mastered finding opportunities in disaster. He alleged that Kejriwal’s resignation is just a drama because the Supreme Court has not acquitted him in the excise policy scam but has given him conditional bail. According to Poonawala, “Kejriwal has now become a nominal Chief Minister and is doing this trick to save himself from this situation.”
Kejriwal’s statement: ‘Certificate of honesty is needed’
While addressing his supporters, Arvind Kejriwal attacked the BJP and said that the saffron party is trying to prove him corrupt. He said, “I will sit on the Chief Minister’s chair only when people give me a certificate of honesty. I want to give Agnipariksha (fire test) after coming out of jail.”
Kejriwal also said that in the next few days, there will be a meeting of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs and a party leader will be elected as the Chief Minister. Regarding the Delhi Assembly elections proposed in February, he said that he wants elections to be held in Delhi along with Maharashtra in November.
Their conspiracies could not break our rock-like courage, we are among you again. We will continue to fight for the country like this, we just need the support of all of you. https://t.co/o5mBn8vOx3
