This will be the first time since 2014 that an Indian minister will visit Pakistan. India’s Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar will go to Pakistan after 9 years. Before visiting Pakistan, he said that the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) is not moving forward and its meetings have not been held in the last few years because one of the members of this regional grouping is promoting cross-border terrorism.
