Kuwait’s influential Deputy Secretary Shri Mansur al-Dhafiri has approved to invite applications from non-Kuwati University-educated applicants for vacant teacher posts for public schools in 2025–2026 academic year.
Rules for recruitment of migrant teachers
For mail teacher-
Only for the children of Kuwaiti woman
For all applicants (no need to be a child of Kuwaiti woman): French, English, Mathematics, Science, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geology
For female teacher-
Only for children of Kuwaiti woman: English, Mathematics, Computer Science, Music Education
For all applicants (no need to be a child of Kuwaiti woman): A ρα B, French, English, Mathematics, Science, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geology
Age, education and experience
Educational Qualification: Minimum “good” at university level GPA
Age limit: maximum 45 years
Experience:
For illiteracy qualifications: minimum 3 years
For teaching qualifications: minimum 2 years
Confirmation of experience is compulsory by government/authorized institutions

PHD (very good or higher)
Master’s (Excellent)
Faculty of Education of Kuwait University and Bachelor of Basic Education College of PAAET
Note: Male non-Kuwati post holders in the science field can only be graduated to the Basic Education College of Kuwait.
Interview compulsory: all recent graduates have to pass personal interviews

Fill the online application form in “Service Transfer / Teacher Recruitment” section and attach the above documents.
On passing the interview, the Human Resources of the Ministry – Customer Service Lounge, should be present in the main building located in South Surra with the necessary real documents.
Under the prescribed rules, complete the final interview and the appointment process to the post.
