After the Pahalgam terror attack, Lieutenant Governor (LG) Manoj Sinha of Jammu and Kashmir held a meeting with Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi in Srinagar today. During this, LG clearly told the Army Chief to demolish the infrastructure and ecosystem of terrorism along with the culprits of the Pahalgam attack. He said that wherever the terrorists are hiding, find a strict punishment for them. Terrorists will have to pay a serious price for a cowardly attack on citizens.

A Lashkar terrorist killed in Bandipora
At the same time, security forces have got great success in Bandipora in Jammu and Kashmir today. Security forces have killed a Lashkar terrorist in the encounter. The slain terrorist is named Altaf Lalli. The army found an input of the presence of terrorists in Kulnar area of Bandipora district, after which the army surrounded the area and started a search operation. Firing was done on the security forces on behalf of the terrorists, after which the security forces killed a terrorist in retaliation. Two army personnel were also injured in this operation.
