A great news has come for the travelers of Namo India. Now you can easily see the live location of your train and parking status at stations on your mobile. National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has added two new features to its RRTS Connect app to further improve the passenger experience.
The special thing is that now you can know at what time your train is reaching which station. Along with this, you will also get information about when and at what distance the next station will arrive. If you want to book a cab mid-trip, that option will also be available on the smartphone.
Keeping in mind the convenience of passengers, facilities like feeder bus service, bike and cab booking have been provided in the app. This will make it easier for Namo Bharat passengers to plan their onward journey. And if any problem occurs during the journey, passengers can also contact the control room directly.
Worries about parking will also become a thing of the past. Live information about available parking spaces at stations will be available through the app. In this way, drivers will be able to know in advance where they have to park their vehicles. Parking facility has been provided for about eight thousand vehicles between Delhi and Meerut. Which will solve many problems of the people.
Information about the status of other facilities of the stations like water, toilets, lifts and escalators will also be given on the RRTS Connect app. The option of Khoya-Paya facility is also available to the passengers, which will make their travel experience even simpler.
NaMo Bharat is currently being operated from Sahibabad to Meerut South, where these new facilities will make the journey of passengers more convenient and efficient.
