News channel India TV has quoted sources as saying that BJP may have 21 ministers including the CM in the Mahayuti government of Maharashtra. At the same time, 12 ministers including one Deputy CM can be made from Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena. Ajit Pawar from NCP will again become the Deputy CM in the new government of Maharashtra. Apart from them, it is being said that 9 of the MLAs who won from NCP will be given ministerial posts. All these parties will hold separate meetings and decide the names of their quota of ministers. An important department like Home will be with BJP only. Besides, the revenue can also remain in BJP’s account. At the same time, Eknath Shinde may get the Urban Development Department. Some more important departments may go to Ajit Pawar.
