New Delhi. BJP leader Nalin Kohli has made a big attack on the statement of Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar. He said, “Manishankar Aiyar is a senior politician and a long-time member of the Congress party. His statements expose the truth of Congress. This makes it clear that the hard work and loyalty of any worker has no importance in the party. All that matters here is whether the Nehru-Gandhi family likes you or not. If they like you, you can rise to a higher position, and if not, you will be sidelined. “You won’t even get a chance to meet the leaders.”
Actually, this statement of Nalin Kohli has come on Mani Shankar Iyer’s recent comment. Iyer revealed in an interview before the release of his new book ‘A Maverick in Politics’ that he did not get a chance to meet Sonia Gandhi alone in the last 10 years. Iyer told that during this period he has met Rahul Gandhi only once, whereas his conversation with Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is only on phone.
