Boys took out the sword after canceling the marriage proposal
A shocking incident has come to light from Barhampur city of Ganjam district of Odisha. A case of open sword wave came to light in Radhakrishna Sahi of Gate Bazar area of Barhampur city. The incident came to light after a dispute. Police has arrested two people in this case.
What was the matter?
According to the information, the dispute began after a marriage proposal was canceled. Both the accused are from the boy side. The marriage of the boy of his family was decided from the girl side. For some reason this marriage broke up. The people of the girl side had given some money to the boy side by then. When the people of the girl side asked for their money back, the accused threatened by showing a sword and refused to pay.
The arrested accused have been identified as Kanha Dakua of Hinjilisaru village and Kanhu Dakua of Radhakrishna Sahi. After a quarrel with the dispute, the accused took out the sword and started waving on the road. During this time a person was also attacked, causing panic in the area.
Video of the incident went viral
After the incident, its video went viral on social media, which further increased the controversy. It can be clearly seen in the video that the accused Kanha is standing on the road with Dakua sword and a crowd of people has gathered there. On watching this video, the police immediately initiated action. The team of Barhampur Town Police Station, showing readiness, reached the spot and arrested both the accused.
