New Delhi. Along with the dates of Maharashtra and Jharkhand assembly elections, the Election Commission has also announced the schedule of by-elections for 9 seats in UP. After the election date has been decided, Bahujan Samaj Party supremo Mayawati has also made a big announcement. Mayawati has said that BSP will fight the by-elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand as well as UP on its own, without forming an alliance with any party. He has also appealed to his voters not to wander here and there. Taking a lesson from the Haryana Assembly election results, BSP supremo had recently announced that now her party will not form an alliance with any regional party in future.
1. Welcoming the Election Commission of India’s announcement today of the dates for the Maharashtra and Jharkhand state assembly general elections. The shorter the time and the more clean the elections are, that is, free from the curse of money power, muscle power etc., the better, the entire responsibility of which depends on the Election Commission. 1/3

BSP will contest the elections alone in both the states of Maharashtra and Jharkhand and will try that its people do not wander here and there but instead join the BSP completely and become the ruling class by becoming the charioteer of the self-respect and self-respect caravan of the most revered Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. Continue your missionary efforts.
3. BSP will field its candidates in the by-elections being held on 9 assembly seats in UP and will fight this election alone on its own strength with complete preparation and strength. 3/3

Mayawati further wrote that BSP will field its candidates in the by-elections being held on 9 assembly seats in UP and the party will fight this election alone on its own with complete preparation and strength. Earlier, citing the results of Haryana and Punjab assembly elections, Mayawati had said that BSP’s votes get transferred to the alliance party but due to other parties not having the ability to transfer their votes to BSP, the expected election results are not achieved. Due to which the party cadre is feeling disappointed.
