A member of the RWA of Gokul Apartment also said that Mehul Choksi has captured the terrace on the 11th floor. He said that the amount outstanding is original. Interest has not been added on this. RWA member said that maintenance work was done in the year 2020. For this, 30-35 lakhs were made on the living in every flat. In this way, Mehul Choksi is owed to 95 lakhs.
