The month of October is considered very special for changes in the weather. This month the monsoon clouds disappear from all parts of the country. But this time in the first week of October, it is raining continuously in the northeastern states, due to which life of the people has become difficult. According to IMD, rain may continue in many states in the next few days. IMD has warned of heavy rain in Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in Coastal Karnataka, Interior Karnataka and Kerala.

According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains will continue in many states from October 8 to 11. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Lakshadweep, Tamil Nadu, South and Coastal Karnataka on October 8. According to IMD, rain alert has been issued in many districts of Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. These include Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, Chandauli, Varanasi, Sant Ravidas Nagar and Jaunpur. Apart from this, there is a possibility of light rain in Ghazipur, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia and Deoria.
