New Delhi. The Union Home Ministry has issued a special instruction amid the ongoing tension with Pakistan after the Pahalgam terror attack. The Ministry of Home Affairs has asked several states to drill mock drills for civil defense on 7 May. In view of any kind of emergency and safety of its people, the central government has asked the states to do so. This mock drill is also considered important in this sense as such security practice was done when there was a war between India and Pakistan in 1971.

Pakistan’s move is going to increase more than India’s tension. Pakistan has been afraid of earlier that India should not attack anywhere. Pakistani leaders are giving India a jackal to hide their fear, although they are also talking about resolving the issue by conversation. On the other hand, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is constantly holding a meeting with high officials.
Modi called Defense Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh today and interacted with him. A day earlier on Sunday, the PM held a meeting with Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal AP Singh. Modi has also held a meeting with Indian Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh Tripathi. Earlier, Modi had also held a meeting with Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in which National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Chief of Defense Staff Anil Chauhan were also present. In that meeting, Modi gave the army an open hand to target, timing and planning.
