New Delhi. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, in a major reshuffle in his cabinet, has appointed his son Udhayanidhi Stalin as the Deputy Chief Minister of the state. Along with this, three new ministers took oath at Raj Bhavan today. These include the names of DMK leaders V Senthil Balaji, Govi ​​Chezhiyan, and SM Nassar. It is noteworthy that Senthil Balaji had to spend 15 months in jail in a money laundering case before getting bail from the Supreme Court.

After getting bail from the Supreme Court, DMK leader V Senthil Balaji has once again returned to Stalin’s cabinet. Many important departments were assigned to him earlier also and this time too his return was much talked about. Udhayanidhi becomes Deputy CM from the third generation of Karunanidhi family

This cabinet reshuffle has special significance because with it Udhayanidhi Stalin, the third generation leader of the Karunanidhi family, has been made the Deputy Chief Minister. He is the third generation leader to play a key role in the Tamil Nadu government after his grandfather M Karunanidhi and father MK Stalin. 46-year-old Udhayanidhi has previously been a minister in the state government, but after this reshuffle he will take up the new responsibility as Deputy Chief Minister.

Governor approved the departments
