Kamya Karthikeyan, a Class 12 student of Navy Children School, Mumbai, has created history by becoming the world’s youngest woman to climb the seven highest peaks on seven continents.
This 17-year-old adventurer has conquered Africa (Mount Kilimanjaro), Europe (Mount Elbrus), Australia (Mount Kosciuszko), South America (Mount Aconcagua), North America (Mount Denali), Asia (Mount Everest) and currently The climb ended in Antarctica.
The Indian Navy said the young Everester along with his father Commander S Karthikeyan completed seven summit challenges by reaching the summit of Mount Vincent in Antarctica at 1720 hrs Chile Standard Time on December 24.
The Indian Navy congratulated Kamya Karthikeyan and her father on achieving this important milestone.

Navy Children’s School, Mumbai also congratulated the 17-year-old student and wrote, “Breaking barriers and scaling new heights! Kamya Karthikeyan was sixteen years old when she climbed Mount Everest. He told that when he did trekking in Uttarakhand for the first time, he was seven years old.
