New Delhi. In the Nagpur violence case, some more people have been arrested while taking major action. The most important among those arrested is Hameed Engineer. Hameed Minority is the executive of the Democratic Party. Hameed is accused of provoking people through social media. According to the police, on the day of violence, Hameed had issued an inflammatory statement through social media, which made people furious. Apart from Hameed Engineer, the police have also arrested 14 more people. 10 out of these 14 are minors.
According to the police, three more FIRs have been registered in this case. According to Nagpur Police Commissioner Ravinder Kumar Singhal, a high level review meeting has been called after which it will be decided whether the curfew should be removed from some parts of the city or not. At the same time, compensation process has also been started by the government. Maharashtra Revenue Minister and Nagpur in -charge minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule ordered to start the Panchnama. According to police, 62 vehicles were damaged in the violence, including 36 four pahiya vehicles, 22 two -wheelers, 2 cranes and 2 three wheelers.
The owners of the vehicles which were completely damaged will be given compensation of 50 thousand rupees. At the same time, it has been decided to give compensation of Rs 10,000 as compensation to the owners of the vehicles who have been less damaged. Also, people who have taken advantage of insurance will not be given compensation amount. The Panchnama process has also been started for people whose properties were damaged during the violence. Administrative employees and officials are going door-to-door assessing their losses and everyone’s account is being prepared in this regard.
