Naib Singh Saini elected legislative party leader in Haryana, Amit Shah takes command amidst anger of Anil Vij and Rao Inderjit

New Delhi. Bharatiya Janata Party has elected the leader of its legislature party in Haryana. Naib Singh Saini has once again been unanimously elected as the Chief Minister in an important meeting held under the leadership of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. This decision was taken before the swearing-in ceremony to be held on Thursday, October 17. On this occasion, Amit Shah gave a message of unity by being present in the legislative party meeting as an observer. The decision was taken amid possible resentment within the party between Anil Vij and Rao Inderjit Singh, who have been staking their claim for the chief minister’s post from time to time.

Interestingly, former Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij and Krishna Bedi had proposed the name of Naib Singh Saini for the post of Chief Minister. This step has been taken with the aim of creating balance within the party, so that any kind of internal discord can be prevented.

Amit Shah’s visit to Haryana not only signals the strengthening of Nayab Singh Saini’s leadership, but also aims to keep leaders like Anil Vij and Rao Inderjit Singh united. Both the leaders hold important positions in Haryana politics and the party leadership has ensured that the party remains united while keeping their ambitions aside.
