Despite such brutality, BCCI is holding matches with Bangladesh. This is a matter of hurting the sentiments of crores of Hindus.

The schedule was decided in June
The schedule of the Indian cricket team is decided much in advance. The window for the series with Bangladesh was finalized with the release of Team India’s FTP in 2022. At the same time, the final seal on this series was given on June 20 this year, when Bangladesh’s tour of India for two Tests and three T20s was announced. Even though BCCI had decided the schedule of the match, it had the right to cancel it. However, there is a huge loss when the match is cancelled.
