New Delhi. The National Council for Educational Research and Training i.e. NCERT has prepared a new module on the partition of India for classes 6 to 12th. On August 14, NCERT has released this module on Partition Vibhishi Memor Day. In this module, apart from Pakistan founder Mohammad Ali Jinnah and the then Viceroy Lord Mountbatten, the Congress has also been blamed for the partition of India. In such a situation, there is a possibility of heating the politics on the partition module of NCERT.
The NCERT has said that this module on the partition of India will be taught to children through projects, posters, rolls, essays, group discussions Wagaira. NCERT has not included this module in the history book of history. According to NCERT, students will know the truth of history from this module prepared on the partition of India. The NCERT has given this module the title ‘criminal of partition’. The new NCERT module states about the partition of India that Mohammad Ali Jinnah demanded partition. It was approved by the Congress. After which Lord Mountbatten finalized the partition of India. It has also been told in this module that what was the effect at that time due to the partition of India and what effects are still being done.
The NCERT has stated in the module prepared on the partition of India that 6 lakh people died in the violence during the partition of the country and displaced more than 1.5 crore. The module states that the economy in Punjab and West Bengal was destroyed with the unity of the country due to the partition of India. At the same time, terrorism spread later due to instability in Jammu and Kashmir. The speech of the first PM Jawaharlal Nehru has also been given in the NCERT module. In July 1947, Jawaharlal Nehru said in the speech that partition is bad, but whatever the price of unity, the price of civil war will be much higher than that.
