New Delhi. Sanjeev Mukhi, the mastermind of NEET paper leak, has finally gone to the police. STF has arrested Sanjeev Mukhiya from Patna, Bihar. A reward of three lakh rupees was declared on him. Sanjeev Mukhiya was absconding since the Neet paper leak in May 2024 last year. The police had been constantly trying to catch him since then. Now 11 months after the paper leak, STF has been successful in catching it. It is believed that after interrogation of Sanjeev Mukhiya, some other people associated with this scandal may be arrested.
Patna Civil Court issued a non -arrest warrant against Sanjeev Mukhiya. The court had ordered that his house would be attached if he is not arrested or surrendered. Sanjeev Mukhiya is originally from Nagarnosa village in Nalanda district of Bihar. People in the village know him by the name of loot. Sanjeev’s son Shivkumar is already in jail in the paper leak case of Bihar Teacher Recruitment Examination. Sanjeev Mukhiya’s wire paper leaks are spread very inside. Apart from Bihar, its network extends to Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Odisha.
In 2016, the name of Sanjeev Mukhiya was also revealed in the Bihar constable recruitment paper leak case. The same year Sanjeev Mukhiya was also arrested for leaking Uttarakhand Medical Entrance paper, although he was later granted bail due to lack of evidence. Let us tell you that on May 5, NEET 2024 examination was conducted at 4750 centers in 571 cities across the country. After a few hours of the exam, many posts claiming paper leaks on social media posts came out. The NTA, an organization conducting the examination, had earlier described all the news related to the paper leak as baseless and factless, but later it admitted that the lapse had happened. There was a lot of ruckus after NEET Pipper was leaked.
