New Delhi. The Supreme Court has pronounced its verdict regarding the conduct of NEET PG 2025 examination. On June 15, the exam will be conducted in just one shift. The National Board of Examination (NBE) has been directed by the apex court to ensure the transparency of the examination and make arrangements to conduct it in the same shift. According to the schedule issued earlier, the exam was to be conducted in two shifts. On behalf of the United Doctors Front, a petition was filed in the apex court, demanding that the examination be conducted in a shift.
The court has said in its order that conducting two shifts will make the exam arbitrary. The court said that the level of questions may vary in two shifts of NEET PG question paper. This will not give equal opportunity to all candidates. Therefore, the examination should be conducted in a shift itself, this will also be beneficial for all the candidates. NBE argued in the court, saying that he does not have enough centers to conduct a shift in a shift. However, the court did not accept this argument. The court said that this cannot be accepted in view of technological development in the country.
The court said that NBE has enough time to conduct the exam right now. There is also full time to identify the examination centers. Exam City Slip for the candidates of NEET PG 2025 examination will be released on June 2. City slip will be sent to the registered email ID of the candidates through the National Board of Examination. After this, the admit card will be issued for the candidates four days before the exam date. From the official website of the examination board, Natboard.edu.in, the candidates will be able to download the admit card by putting their application number and date of birth.
