Addressing the function, President Murmu said, I am very happy to know that the number of women in the selection of judicial officers has increased in recent years. In many states, the number of women in the total number of judicial officers has exceeded 50 percent. I hope that all those associated with the judiciary will set ideal examples of thoughts, behavior and language free from prejudices regarding women.
Sometimes my mind goes to the children of mothers serving prison terms and juvenile delinquents. The children of those women have their whole lives ahead of them. Assessment and improvement of what is being done for the health and education of such children should be our priority. pic.twitter.com/UcpRumzWEJ

The President said that sometimes my attention goes towards the children of mothers serving jail terms and juvenile delinquents. The children of those women have their whole lives ahead of them. Assessment and improvement of what is being done for the health and education of such children should be our priority. Juvenile delinquents are also in the early stages of their lives. Taking measures to improve their thinking and mental health, providing them useful skills for living and providing free legal aid should also be our priority.
He said that it is a sad aspect of our social life that in some cases, the well-off people roam around fearlessly even after committing a crime. Those who are victims of their crimes remain scared and scared, as if they are the ones who have committed the crime.
